The complimentary drinks specially the sake, snacks and tea are very good. The staffs are very helpful and welcoming. We do enjoy and have a very memoriable stay in here. Very good onsen too. Hoping to visit again 😁

We stayed for a night before our flight because it's very close to Narita airport. The breakfast was excellent! In the morning, there were lots of buses leaving to the airport right in front of the hotel, for free. The price was also good for one night.

Easy to walk to from the station but the owner very kindly gave us a lift back the next morning and also gave us some free drinks and snacks! It was also really handy to have bottles of water and snacks left for us in the bedroom as well as essentials like toothbrushes, razors and cotton buds. We had a small but well equipped private bathroom with shower gel and shampoo. There was a TV in the room and wifi. Everything was spotless.

I loved that the Hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. The hotel is in the main city location. And the room was very clean and the staff gave so many free toiletries as well.
