The location is excellent, close to the train station, but also close to shops, restaurants and the Kanazawa castle. We enjoyed our time in the city and the hotel is very comfortable and welcoming to allow us to relax and unwind after a busy day. Recomend warmly.

The staff, the services, the breakfast, just everything was perfect! This is definitely one of my favourite hotels in Japan, next time I'm back in Kanazawa I will definitely stay here! I got a lovely surprise for Christmas waiting for me by the door, really nice detail from the hotel!

Could not reccomend this hotel enough! We had a super comfortable bed in a spacious room (the biggest we had in our Japan trip), the hotel is beautifully designed with a cool vinyl bar at the entrance. But the staff was the most amazing part of our stay: they gave us lot of advices on the best areas to explore, restaurant reccomendations and helped us with reservation and more. Don’t miss out on their Google Maps lists as well! Would definitely go back!
