Excellent location at Sendai Station that can be reached without going outside if it is raining. Comfortable bed and linens. Clean room with very nice bathroom & excellent shower. Nice view from my single wide room. Friendly, capable staff members worked hard to make my stay easy and convenient.

Great location(10 mins walk to JRSendai Station, Sendai bus Station, Metro Miyagino Station, 2mins to convenience stores, 5mins to Post office and around with many restaurants and department store for shopping) Clean room with bathtub and organics amenities. Have coin laundry and vending machine service on 7th floor. All staff vary polite and have a high responsibility for their work. Front office and manager tried to do the best for supporting their guess. (Thank you very much for helping us sending our luggages)

Amazing shower head and water pressure! All tiredness flew away! And the bathroom is shower in tub(Japanese) style. One of the best shower and deep soaking tub, I loved. The stuffs were amazingly polite and nice. No complain at all! I wanted to stay few more days!!!
