Very spacious room with private outside hot bathtub. Beds were large and very confortable. Hotel is very quiet and just 7 minutes walk away from the central Hakone-Yumoto station. Personnel was nice and they even brought up our luggage to our room.

We rented a premium room and it’s extremely cozy and well equipped. The bunk beds are double, very comfy. It also has private bathroom. The view from the room is beautiful and the lounge area of the hotel is lovely. We also had drinks at the bar and they were very good.

Location wise just next to main train station. While my room was facing the train tracks (we could see the shinkansen passing), we didn't hear any noise from the room, thanks to the double windows. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom has a small tub.
