A calm place on a hill with views across the tree tops to Yoshino. Mrs Terashima is a brilliant cook and runs a cafe of great charm. Beautiful gluten free vegetarian meals were prepared for me. I recommend taking the opportunity to have dinner cooked by her. You may attend morning prayers. This opportunity I recommend taking. It is very near a supermarket. The train station is about 8min walk away. Train ride to Yoshino is about 4min (2 stops). Works for me and my family to do stay 2 nights and have a full day trip to Mt Yoshino.
