It’s close to Nairobi airport, so I always stay before my onward travels. KOZI is a gem of a place. The night receptionist and porter are lovely and super helpful with booking airport transfers, early/ late check ins, upgrading, carrying luggage to the room. The rooms are probably the cleanest I have experienced in Kenya and there is always someone in the 9th floor restaurant which is a blessing if you arrive at 5 in the morning and fancy a beer! I am always looking forward to my stay at KOZI.

I loved the convenience of the shuttle and the location was perfect for one night before the flight. Big thank you to the guy doing the transfers too - he was awesome :) Overall the hotel felt save and well kept, I'd say better than the pictures.

I appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate my late check-in, as my flight landed roughly six hours before the noon checkout time. This might not sound like much, but I did run into issues with other hotels flagging such arrangements as a "No show". And after checking out, my wife forgot her AirPods, and they helped retrieve them for us.
