From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. A safe haven in the lush part of Nairobi. Quiet, comfortable, and cool. There was no real need to leave the place. A great gym, pool and two restaurants serving delicious food. Great decor, in particular in the downstairs bar from Upepo restaurant. Absolutely fabulous!

This hotel is a gem hidden on the edge of the Kilmani district. Despite being only a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of Yaya Mall and the ring road, it is a paradise of tranquillity. The hotel is beautiful, with the fixtures and furnishings in the rooms being tastefully done. All the staff, especially Peter and Liz at reception, were always available to help. Another aspect was the delicious food. The hotel has an extremely talented Indian chef, who fuses Indian and Kenyan cuisine. The breakfast, with Paratha and eggs, was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel; it will be the place I come back to when I return to Nairobi.
