    I loved everything until the moment when, during checkout, i was told that since I had prepaid on this platform and they hadn’t received the payment yet, I needed to pay the entire sum a second time otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to leave the premises. I ended up paying a second time just because I had errands and am now disputing with the hotel for a full refund.

    Naivasha is one of the perfect places to visit in Kenya. you get to enjoy fresh fish from lake Naivasha,tour hellsgate and environs and see lots of wild animals. Sofa camp Naivasha also provides you with the perfect place to camp or stay. You get to enjoy nature to the fullest.

    Compared to Nairobi, it is a slower pace but that is the point. Getting a tour of the lake was the highlight of my trip. Next time, I want to explore Crescent Island fully. It only takes a couple of days to fully see everything there if you plan well.

    The Lake and the activities around it are what's best about Naivasha. The town is busy, dusty and not ideal to walk around. Most banks are there and some good supermarkets. Its a transit town so lots of trucks and travelers

    Naivasha is such a cool place to visit, anytime you feel...

    Naivasha is such a cool place to visit, anytime you feel overwhelmed by the city life. It's neither too far away from the city nor too close; just the right distance! Naivasha has something for everyone: whether on a budget or want to splash out, you'll get your fix. Myself, I prefer staying at a place that is moderately priced, has a unique factor about it, value for money then during the day visit the more high end spots for amazing ambience, top notch cuisines and other luxuries like spas. I hope to check out the glass cabins the next time I'm visiting Naivasha.

    Fun and alot of activities for different ages.

    Fun and alot of activities for different ages. Alot of clubs to chose from Boat rides on the lake with scenic views with knowledgeable guides Geothermal and hells gate tour was also informative and amazing with our guide Felix.

    The host was quite exceptional, welcoming from my first call after reservation, she ensured that I get to the facility even getting someone to direct me (due to my fatigue I was lost) to the venue and ensured I was well settled in. The facility is as it is in the app, in prestine condition, tge staff were friendly and the location is great near the town.

    Brilliant team, very attentative, friendly and welcoming. Best team we encountered in our first 3 weeks in Kenya. We gave the chef a challenge with 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians. And he mastered it. Asante sana Julius. Do the walking safari with Enock as well !

    We loved the garden and hotel's staff. As we learnt hotel was a home to kenyan family before. All the rooms, main building and garden were painted and designed with love and artistic touchs. Stayimg in garden was so peacfull. Highly recommended

    I loved the location and it’s proximity the lake hence having a view of Lake Naivasha. Serene environment, peaceful and quiet. Close proximity to the road, easy access to town. Very clean with modern features and it exceeded all expectations.
