My daughter and I really loved this hotel. The room was huge, with a great shower and a huge bathtub. They had a FREE laundry room on the 7th floor. It was close to the subway entrance—maybe a 5-minute walk. The staff was great, helpful, and friendly.

Ms. Lee (front desk) is very nice and accomodating. Even Mr. Lee and Mr. Han Jin are very kind. Just ask, and they will help. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and they helped me out with it. They will do their best to help out. The hotel smelled so good! From the entrance, to the room, and even at the stairwell going to the rooftop. At the rooftop, there's a self-serve coffee, tea (hot/cold), water and snacks. There's even an ice machine there. The sitting area at the rooftop is very cozy. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers on the 2nd floor. And it's FREE! We are a family of 4, 2 adults, and 2 kids (but big kids). We had 4-28" luggages, and 4 handcarry, and 4 backpacks. We were ok, i can leave 2 luggages open, and the rest upright position. The pillows are soft and thick. The bed is on the sturdy side. Netflix is available as well! Since it's winter AC does not work BUT it's not a problem at all.. if you feel a bit hot, open the window slightly,, close it if it's cold already and the room will be warm in no time. They have full size towels as well, and they will change it too-just ask. Pls bring your adapter. They have blowdryer and hair straightener as well.☺️ The Beomyeon station is about 3-5mins away, depending on your walking pace. Line 1 can bring you straight to Busan Station. Several convenience stores near the hotel, a coffee shop in the corner, small restaurants along the way. It's located in an alley, but very well lit. Seomyeon Station, Seomyeon Young street can be reached in about 20 mins walk (again depending on your pace). I recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. It's near a road,, but quiet.. and the staff are very very pleasant..i think that is a key factor--the people.☺️

Love this hotel! Extremely cute and well designed hotel in the best and most bustling part of Busan, right near all the action. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and harbour with lots of activity to watch from our balcony. A nice retreat from a bustling city.

    I liked that our hotel was so close to a lot of things.

    I liked that our hotel was so close to a lot of things. There is a walking alley full of food choices. Around the corner is a shopping center. Right outside our door is the street walking center divide. The beach was 1 block away and there were many things on the beaches to do. We took a taxi to the famous seaside temple and rode on the Blue line train. It was unfortunate for us that it rained heavily for 2 days so we couldn't go do much.

    I am Senior Citizen of Australia 72 years old and travelled to South Korea from 22nd July 2025 to 23rd August 2025 I had booked Accommodation in Angel Ire, Busan 2F, 21, Geoje-daero 22beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busanjin-Gu, 47214 Busan, South Korea With very difficulty I stayed in this accommodation with so much of problems from 25th July 2025 to 8th August 2025 They charged me AUD 918.85 for stay upto 22nd August 2025 but haven't refunded my money as I had to go to other better Hotel in Busan and had to pay 800,000 Won for stay from 8th August to 22nd August 2025 The reasons of shifting were No reception to talk/explain various day to day problems. This house has been wrongly converted into a lodge with no reception, no facilities except mosquitoes. I got sick, had to go to the Hospital/Chemists spending 500,000 Won and shifted to a Hotel and paid 800,000 Won to the Hotel; but Angel Ire has not refunded my money.Owner is a criminal and sent me an email that we are very dangerous people. Please cancel your booking and look for a better and safe place to stay. Some one person knocked my door to kill me I had to run and take shelter in a new Hotel and staff in the new Hotel got worried that Why did you go to Angel Ire, it is not a place for you to stay. You are old person from Australia on holiday and Angel Ire is full of criminals I have requested Angel Ire 50 times to refund my money but they just don't reply and haven't refunded my money I have proof of everything and eye witnesses Now I need 5 million Won Compensation for death threats, harassment,fraud,cheating and making me sick as an International Retired Senior Citizen of Australia.     Cool fun park and outlet shopping.

    Cool fun park and outlet shopping. Pretty spread out so a lot of walking or taxis. Beaches are nice but beware the jellyfish. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and dessert places. Can be busy and crowded in the shopping centres. Cool e-bike and scooter rentals everywhere simple to use with an app and reasonably priced. A good variety of activities for everyone of all ages.

    Really liked the city.

    Really liked the city. Was able to swim in Songdo beach and take the cable car to the suspension bridge. Also, visited Busan tower and Arte museum. Buses work perfectly, train as well, and I didn't use the metro.

    Breakfast buffet was little expensive but excellent, the hotel is close to the port, shopping mall, metro station,we liked the room, pretty clean, the towels were changed every day and the room was ready also. No complains, really like this hotel. If you can add the breakfast for free it would be fantastic.

    We really liked going on the beach train in the Blue line...

    We really liked going on the beach train in the Blue line Park and we liked the happy vibe of the place generally. Finding places to have a meal in the evening wasn't that easy; many places were more like pubs than restaurants but overall,it's a fun place to visit.

    I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Hotel (Haeundae - Busan). The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and courteous, which made for a great first impression. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I fully intend to stay at this property again during my next visit to Busan. The surrounding area offers a variety of dining options, particularly suitable for vegetarians. Haeundae Beach and the Aquarium are conveniently located within a short walking distance, approximately two minutes.

    Perfect location right by the ocean side and famous restaurants such as badamaru abalone porridge, jayeondo salt bread, and the busan sky capsule / oceanview train attraction, haeundae traditional market (best hotteoks in seoul!) hotel staff were all so kind and friendly, free coffee tea and water provided all day, free breakfast as well. hotel room was clean, well equipped with amenities and netflix, youtube, automatic blinds etc. overall very happy with our stay and would definitely revisit. 100% recommend!

    Location of the hotel is great, just one street behind Haeundae Beach. Convenience stores, bars and restaurants are located closeby. For this price I think the hotel offers great value, with lots of space, clean rooms and good facilities. I would definitely consider staying here again. I read some helpful reviews before booking, so I will reiterate this information for others as well: the check-in desk is in a different building from the rooms themselves, so it can be a bit of a search to find the right location.

    This is a fabulous hotel just a slight distance from Haeundae Beach tourist area and bustle. The bus stops were very close and the Subway was about a 10 minute walk away. The staff was so helpful and kind and the room was immaculate. There is a washer and dryer on the lower floor which also has a kitchen with some snacks you can buy. I returned to the hotel for another few days after going to Jeju Island for a week and they kept my bag while I was away. For the price, you can't beat this hotel.
