The staff is really friendly. The lady that work in the front is always friendly everytime I came to this hotel. For the price, I think it’s beyond my expectation. The room is big and so comfortable. So, I always choose this hotel everytime I go to cheongju. I left my charger, but the hotel called me and let me know about it *which is a really rare service* Even though I didn’t request a room service, they always put new towel and mineral water in front of my hotel room. So, I am truly satisfied with everything

Considering this was my first trip to S. Korea, I wasn't sure of what to expect. The breakfast was not the typical "American" breakfast but was very tasty. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were kept very clean.
