Excellent stay in the heart of Myeongdong area. Comfortable and beautifully designed rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the Korean style breakfast and the different tea options available. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was very clean and always smelled beautifully & staff were friendly, the room was super clean & spacious and bed was SUPER comfortable, I slept so soundly and relaxed, the tv had Netflix so you can log in and watch your dramas or movie. 7 eleven is next door to the hotel and a coffee shop. There is 2 stations about 5 mins walk away from the hotel (line 7 & 9).

..I returned ! Everything just works perfectly here. Location to Everything major in myeongdong. The beds very comfortable and huge tv purified water on tap in the room They have washing machines and dryer too on the 5th all included and a nice lobby lounge area with ample coffee video games phuseball.. Staff are all really nice and helpful.. Ample brollies at the door too. You shouldn't think twice with this place unless you're seeking a pool.. Meridian is across the hall if you're a bonvoy member .

We had an amazing 5 star stay! I can't recommend Hotel Naru enough. This stay was a top highlight during our time in Seoul. Overall - It was a luxurious experience. Hospitality and service was top notch and everyone was warm and attentive. The hotel delivered a classy yet chill vibe which meant we had a taste of the high quality luxury hotel experience. Room - We were upgraded to a Han River view room (from a city view) which we were grateful for. The sunsets was one of the best views in Seoul. Room was spacious and bed comfy. The bathroom was spacious as well and we loved the bathtub and rain shower. The room is also fitted with high tech facilities and had lots of storage space for clothes or luggage. Dining - We ate at the Lounge & Deck for dinner and the afternoon high tea. Service was top notch, food among the best we had in Seoul plus a killer river view. Breakfast - Buffet style with lots of Korean, Continental, Japanese and American style options inc hot food like eggs, sausages and cooked meats etc. Facilities - The sauna (hot pool) was great. Plus they have a modern gym and pool. Special mentions - Thank you in particular to Layla (Concierge), Jenny (Voisin Bar) and Julie (Voisin Restaurant / Lounge & Deck). You went out of your way to make us feel welcome, your knowledge of food/drinks was amazing and we really appreciated your professionalism and hospitality

    Seoul is a vibrant and diverse city for travellers to explore. It is extremely clean and safe, features excellent public transport, signage is in both Korean and English and is easy to follow. Locals are friendly and go out of their way to assist anyone looking lost or confused and the amenities such as nursing rooms, kids cafes and playgrounds for babies and children are beyond excellent.

    I had high expectations and they were all met! Seoul is such a vibrant city and people are really welcoming ! The language barrier can be an issue sometimes so I advise to learn the basic words and avoid planning your trip based on ChatGPT. It might sound all school but a metro map and your instinct will be better than waiting hours for a « mid » salt bread

    Honestly, I liked everything.

    Honestly, I liked everything. It’s a very diverse city and there’s so much to see and do! Each neighborhood has its own charm. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, since there’s still so much I haven’t seen and tried. I really liked the mixture of modern and cultural/historal. The only downside was that there were a lot of construction sites. My favorite thing I did was renting a hanbok and visiting the palaces. Both Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Changgyeonggung Palace grounds were hugeeee and it gave a special feel to walk around there in a traditional hanbok (plus you get a free entry when you wear it!).

    This place is amazing, it was my 1st long haul flight but the place, culture and historical/tourist attractions made up for the 17 hr flight. Shopping is amazing..... bring a big suitcase and less clothes!!. Next time ill just bring more light weight trousers and 2 pairs of comfortable trainers or sandles and wash on the go. Everyone should come and experience Seoul at least once. This place was very safe for my daughter and I but Id be happy to travel solo next time. 🥰😊

    I love to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hongdae. It was lovely stay. Hotel room is not big but bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good !! Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Location is super nice !! We can use metro to go anywhere in Seoul. Hotel downstairs there is AK Plaza and a convenient store a few restaurants. Overall we are very satisfied with staying at this hotel. There is coin Laundry at 16F which is very convenient. There is airport railroad metro to airport downstairs of hotel.

    It was super central. Great coffeeshops close by to try out. The airport bus station is 5 min away from the hotel which is also super convenient. The staff was excellent and super professional. I travelled for three weeks in South Korea and this was by far my best experience. Highly recommend it.

    very well located, close to myeongdong but without the noise, close to metro station, very helpful and gentle staff, they allowed me to keep the luggage there while i was travelling around south korea, very helpful service, they arranged a van to go to the airport, wonderful buffet breakfast

    Basic business hotel. My room had bare concrete ceilings. not sure if its standard or part of the new industrial feel. But otherwise it's a reasonable place to stay, especially if you are in Gangnam and need to be near COEX. Value for money for that location.
