It exceeded our expectations. It’s much nicer in real life than in the photos. Its a beautiful and cozy house with amazing garden. It was super clean, comfy, had all utilities we needed. The host was very kind and helpful. He showed us around the garden, helped us with any questions we had. Helped us also organise horse riding. I wish we stayed for longer.

The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Invited us to share dinner which was lovely. The tent and bedding was clean, warm and very comfortable. It is a pleasant and quiet natural environment on the property. Overall a really nice experience.

Nada vineyard was my alternative stop since Asy Plateau was closed during my visit. Slava was an amazing host! Al fresco breakfast, dipping in the private pool, lazing on the hammocks, a little game of basketball summed up a perfect city gateway. Bought 2 bottles of wine from Slava, who in turn gifted me a handmade wine holder - as shown in photo. Appreciate the thoughtfulness!

The host of Etalon was the best host we ever had. He picked us up for a fee at the railway station, he drove us for a fee to Charyn Canyon and dropped us off at our next apartment. He was superfriendly, kind and made us feel like a friend of the family instead of a paying customer. He also arranged a wonderful horseride with his daughter, she's a guide. We liked playing pingpong, the outside shower. He made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

Beautiful cottage in an apple orchard . All necessary amenities are available: fridge, hairdryer, towels, microwave etc Close to Almaty and to the National Park . Good communication with the owner. The sweetest young dog ever - don’t forget to pet him!

It was home away from home, the owner Sanzhar was very welcoming and thoughtful. Our first time and we did not know the location and it was snowing but even late night, he was very helpful to make sure we had everything available. The villa has heated flooring, very clean, internal sauna and well equipped kitchen. And he got his manager to drive us where we needed to go. It's a beautiful mountain view and very relaxing if you need a break.

Lesnaya Skazka Mountain Resort is set in a quiet area of the Ile-Alatau National Park, 7 km from Besqaynar and a 35-minute drive from Almaty.

The authentic tent or Jurt we stayed in was an amazing experience. The resort must be lovely in the summer and winter but when we were there in October many facilities were closed due to maintenance and bad weather. We had a lovely SPA experience though.

Beautiful and different. We enjoyed our stay there. We got one yurt for all of us (4 people) and it was super cozy. It was far from any road so we enjoyed the nature and silence a lot. Alex was very kind and helpful to us.
