I stayed at the property for my Ironman triathlon race in Astana. Two of my friends had booked separate rooms as well on the first level. The rooms were spacious, appropriately equipped, and not noisy. The location is within walking distance from grocery stores, a bus stop, coffee shops, a bank, and restaurants. The staff was supportive and warm. The Astana triathlon park is a 10-15 minute walk or a 5-minute bicycle ride away. Additionally, the hotel arranged a cab for pick-up from the airport, which was very helpful.

Great hotel, highly recommend! I stayed at TAN Hotel my first time and really enjoyed my time here. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very cozy. The staff were super friendly and always helped me with anything I needed. Breakfast was very tasty — especially the pancakes and coffee. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. If you’re visiting the city, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll stay here again next time!
