We loved this place! It was the perfect oasis in Luang Prabang. But the Garden House is not only a place to stay to explore the city & its surroundings, it’s a destination in itself. It’s a wonderful experience to take part of this inspired project. The breakfast room windows capture the misty morning mountains like a painting. The generous outdoor kitchen allowed us to experiment with Lao cooking. Incredibly, we could add the organic produce from the garden to our plates. The lovely host even offered a papaya directly from the tree to my mother - this is the kind of moments you cherish forever… The list of things to adore here is endless - thank you so much for creating this place & giving us such a warm welcome! Extra thanks for helping us (super efficiently on WhatsApp) with everything from charcoal to the barbecue to sticky rice steamer to transport.

This place is really cool. I had a wonderful stay here. It’s safe and comfort. Convenient location, especially if you decide to stay longer in Luang Prabang. The view on the river from the terrace is truly stunning. Amazing sunsets. There is a 7eleven store in 100 meters but also a huge local market so you can find anything you are able to get in Luang Prabang.

All the staff went out of their way to give an excellent service - reception, buggy drivers, restaurant and bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. I loved returning after a busy time in town to the peace and tranquility of the hotel’s beautiful setting. The shuttle bus was brilliant. The swimming pools were lovely too. I felt I was in paradise.

A little paradise on the mountains just outside of Luang Prabang. Perfect for a rest after travelling for a few months. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gardens, comfortable accommodation and the food was excellent. Thank you :-)

It was such an inspiration to stay in the middle of nature, with superb views, and having all the comfort you need, and more! The breakfast was exquisite, the owner so kind, cattering to the needs of the guests, I felt very welcomed. Also, the place has great eco design, that you see in every detail in the challet and surrounding landscape. Had an amazing stay, booked for 3 nights, then stayed one more to enjoy it fully. Spectacular property with a waterfall and river running through the property. Each suite is beautifully designed by renowned architect and interior designer Bill Bensley. The gardens are well kept and the pool area has lots of private areas for use. Restaurant and bar areas are amazing. All staff are courteous, cheerful and on hand to assist with your every need.
