We loved this place! It was the perfect oasis in Luang Prabang. But the Garden House is not only a place to stay to explore the city & its surroundings, it’s a destination in itself. It’s a wonderful experience to take part of this inspired project. The breakfast room windows capture the misty morning mountains like a painting. The generous outdoor kitchen allowed us to experiment with Lao cooking. Incredibly, we could add the organic produce from the garden to our plates. The lovely host even offered a papaya directly from the tree to my mother - this is the kind of moments you cherish forever… The list of things to adore here is endless - thank you so much for creating this place & giving us such a warm welcome! Extra thanks for helping us (super efficiently on WhatsApp) with everything from charcoal to the barbecue to sticky rice steamer to transport.

This place is really cool. I had a wonderful stay here. It’s safe and comfort. Convenient location, especially if you decide to stay longer in Luang Prabang. The view on the river from the terrace is truly stunning. Amazing sunsets. There is a 7eleven store in 100 meters but also a huge local market so you can find anything you are able to get in Luang Prabang.

We were planning to stay for one night but extended for two more nights because we loved it so much! Pinky was the most amazing host and made us feel so welcome. She gave us recommendations on where to go, we could take bicycles for free and there is a free shuttle to the night market. The pool is incredible the beds are really good, there is a smart tv so you can watch Netflix, a fully stocked mini fridge and fresh towels every day. Even after my stay when I accidentally left my card in an ATM machine I could message Pinky and she helped me find the right resources to get it back. She’s honestly the nicest person ever. Thank you so much for our incredible stay!

New excellent hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Great location overlooking the river and sunset. Free transport to and from the city in a beautiful electric car at any time, as well as from and to the airport. All the staff went out of their way to give an excellent service - reception, buggy drivers, restaurant and bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. I loved returning after a busy time in town to the peace and tranquility of the hotel’s beautiful setting. The shuttle bus was brilliant. The swimming pools were lovely too. I felt I was in paradise.

It was such an inspiration to stay in the middle of nature, with superb views, and having all the comfort you need, and more! The breakfast was exquisite, the owner so kind, cattering to the needs of the guests, I felt very welcomed. Also, the place has great eco design, that you see in every detail in the challet and surrounding landscape. Had an amazing stay, booked for 3 nights, then stayed one more to enjoy it fully. We had a fantastic stay at Rosewood. We were able to experience this wonderful place for a longer time (6 nights). The staff was absolutely exceptional and made this stay feel like a second honeymoon. The place in itself is heaven, and all activities we did were top notch (the Mandalao elephants, the city tour and the sunset cruise). The room decoration and architecture from Bill Bensley are wonderful. We want to extend our sincere thanks again to the team for all these efforts to make this trip exceptional and for their kindness.
