Nice modern hotel with a swimming pool, well sized rooms, and not too far from the city Beirut. If you ask for room make up you get a very clean room everyday! Good treatment, even the hotel manager wanders around the hotel and asks about our stay in the hotel and if we have any other wishes!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff members. Never had such good service before in Lebanon. Great location with very clean and tide rooms. Super comfortable bed and nice swimming pool area. I would recommend this hotel to everyone willing to stay inbetween Batroun and Beirut. Will be coming back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!

The people working there were amazing,special thanks to MR Dani, the hotel service was one of the best ive been to , The presentation of jbail from the people working at the hotel was so good that we knew exactly what to do and where to go. My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

Claire was extremely lovely, giving us recommendations in the area and adding a personal touch. There was accessible parking at the property and it is a 3 minute drive to Byblos souk which is lovely at all hours of the day. It is also 20 minutes away from Jounieh, which is a great area full of amazing restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean and they were sure to cater to all our needs. I will most definitely be staying at Byblostar when I return to Lebanon.
