We had a short but sweet visit to Belmont Boutique Hotel. We arrived at 9pm from the train station and were leaving very early the following morning to catch our flight. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - met us on arrival, sat us down, offered us a welcome drink and sorted out check in super efficiently and easily. We were able to order food from them, drop our bags to the room and come back down to eat. Food was amazing as was the service. The room was spacious and clean. Added bonus of a free transfer to airport. Couldn't fault it and wished we had longer there!

An exceptional stay..!! The cottage was beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and charm. The highlight was the incredible boat ride and kayaking experience—perfect for adventure and relaxation. We really enjoyed the company of the hosts Sonja and Bernard. They made excellent food and helped us out whenever we needed it. A great place to start your trip in Sri Lanka. The pool was well needed in the sun, and the birds and flying foxes at night made for exceptional entertainment. We loved the ro oms and the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.

Lovely stay in the 'country-side' in this beautiful piece of paradise. It is about 20mins to the airport and 20mins to the beach area, otherwise there is not much outside the resort but if you want a quiet place to relax this place is perfect. It is set in amongst lots of vegetation, ponds and free roaming animals including rabbits, chooks and turkeys! The individual bungalow was very clean and spacious and the bathroom superb. The a/c worked well it was so quiet apart from the odd plane flying overhead! The restaurant serves lovely dinners and breakfast was nice too. Staff were great and airport transfers a big bonus! Thank you!!

Such a lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place itself is beautiful with all the plants and animals. Location is very good but still peaceful, away from the main road so it is quiet. Very good breakfast.
