We didn't sleep at the cabin because there was a problem with the booking but the host did everything to organise a place to sleep. We had 2 wonderful safaris on a motorbike and Danushka was an amazing guide with a lot knowledge. We could take a look at the cabin and it was a wonderful place with great view and a pond nearby.

Great swimming pool. We had safari with them and it was perfect- we saw a lot of wild animals. I recommend to book group safari with them.

Our two-night stay at this hotel was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had, and certainly the best in Sri Lanka. The room was amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and tastefully designed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a stunning pool overlooking the rice fields, a mini-golf course, and an air rifle shooting range. We had all our meals at the hotel, trying various dishes, and every single one was exceptional—far superior to anything else we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. We also booked a safari through the hotel, and we highly recommend it. The process was effortless, and they even prepared a small basket with water and cookies for us to take along. Last but not least, the staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Without a doubt, a truly unique and unforgettable experience!

The room was very clean and spacious and the shower was clean and had hot water. The host was super friendly and helped organised an excellent safari and she also cooked some great Sri Lankan food for when we returned! Balcony had a beautiful view of the rice fields and was a great location to relax.

Great service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They picked us up at the bus station for free when it was heavy raining. They showed us crocodiles, birds, fruit bats and buffalos around the area again for free. So, when you need to go somewhere they will get you there. We also played carrom with the staff. Thank you Shamyka and Hansi!

We had a wonderful stay at My Home Resort Yala Safari. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious—each meal was a delight. The safari was an unforgettable experience; we saw many animals up close. The pool was also very clean and inviting. The calm, peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for relaxation. Very friendly hosts, we went to the morning safari and Sambadh (hope it’s the right spelling) cared for us all the time and even prepared lunch when we came back, food was really good.
