My sister and I loved our stay at Aramya Hotel—everything was simply perfect! The staff was beyond kind, always ready to assist and help. We arranged activities like jungle walks, abseiling and rafting through the hotel, and each experience was incredible. Our room was sparkling clean and spacious, with a stunning river view and a lovely balcony. The hotel itself is amazing, featuring a large pool, a beautiful garden, and stunning interior design. We enjoyed all our meals at the property, which offered delicious vegan options—something we truly appreciated. We really appreciated that the hotel provides refillable glass jars in the rooms instead of promoting single-use plastic bottles. It’s a shame we only stayed for two nights; we would definitely love to come back!

I am surprise how this doesn't even have any reviews yet. The place was perfect and is located near a waterfall and it was really calm and relaxing. We had the perfect get away the staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. Highly recommended

This very affordable homestay is part of a young family's dream - and it really shows. It happens from time to time that I give accommodations the maximum 10/10. When it comes to Mango Roots, however, I have to give at least 11/10😉 The lovely host couple are extremely generous and welcoming - or as my wife exclaimed: -They are the nicest host couple we have ever met! The rooms and bathrooms were built five years ago and are very fresh, well-furnished and very clean. The beds are so comfortable, the a/c works quietly, the shower is nice with hot water, etc. etc. They have also invested in solar cell technology, rechargeable lamps and universal wall sockets that fit Euro plugs, among other plugs. The accommodation is located in a quiet and safe area and the two rooms are located on the upper floor of a separate building. Unfortunately, we did not have dinner there, but we did get a fantastic Sri Lankan breakfast and lots of new knowledge about fruits, plant cultivation and Sri Lankan cooking in the bargain.
