My stay at the Glima Eco Lodge was an amazing choice and I wished I could spent more time here. Roshani and her husband are such an inspiring and lovely couple. They treat you like you re a part of their family and serve you one of the best food I ever had in my LIFE! The Eco Lodge is so beautiful, it’s very clean and so cozy. The lake is infront of you and you can hear beautiful sounds of birds. The fireplace and the environment is so relaxing and you have the space only for you! The beautiful rainforest garden and the stunning and comfortable room we stayed in. It was immaculate with a modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. There was a new aircon unit and outdoor swing couch too. Leel and his family went above and beyond to make us feel at home and the food was delicious and authentic. We stayed here for 2 nights and could have easily stayed much longer! The safari that Leel took us on was fantastic as well. It honestly was a 12/10 stay and we can't wait to recommend it to our friends back home in New Zealand. The best place in all of Sri Lanka!!!

The best stay of our 1 month trip to Sri Lanka. I highly recommend Amba Kola Udawalawe. We spent 3 days and never wanted to leave. Rooms and the common area are artistically designed. The owner was sooooo kind, we came around 12 in the night and had to leave for the safari early 6 and he prepared diner and breakfast. The Rooms are huge and ok. Wifi good The location : so close ! Perfect
