Our bungalow was very nice, comfortable with a great bathroom, and nice balcony and patio areas. The restaurant was amazing, really great food every meal we had, very healthy too. The pool was lovely, and all facilities were great. there were lots of toys and games which our children loved. WiFi was strong. The owners, and their young son were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and so were all the staff. they all made our stay so nice. it was in a quiet location which was perfect, but an easy walk or drive into town along the beach or by road. we all miss stay golden, and hope we will be able to come again. Thank you!

The hotel is SUPER! The best hotel during my entire trip to Sri Lanka (I was in more than 15 hotels in 24 days). Very cozy atmosphere. There are only 6 bungalows in hotels, it's not overcrowded. Delicious food, better than in the most cafes on the island. Very comfortable and friendly hosts! The pool is great! Everything is thought out - deck chairs, a place for sunbathing right in the water. The pool is surrounded of palm trees! It's about 50-100 meters to the sea. The only negative thing for lovers of flat water is big waves on the coast. Therefore, I spent 3 days next to the pool and absolutely happy about this! ))) But also it has a very beautiful sunrise! Nice pool, large room, the accommodation is good, but a little bit expensive. Arugam Bay makes at the moment a change, the prices are getting high, when we came the last time many things changed (the restaurants and bars we knew, we’re not there anymore) and the service is for tourists

We loved our stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, and being right on the beachfront makes it even more special. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. They also offer amazing yoga classes, perfect for relaxing and connecting with the surroundings. Located near the bay, and main street however in quiet area. The facility is new, rooms are nice, bed comfy and bath clean. Outside, there is a patio where you can relax. There was also fridge freezer and small kitchen available. Great place.

Swiss Bay is perfectly located right at the start of Arugam Bay’s main street. From the balcony, you can spot the elephant viewpoint where an elephant usually visits in the mornings and evenings. The beach is just a quick 2–3 minute walk across the road, making the location absolutely ideal. We stayed in the corner room with an L-shaped balcony, and it was just amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities you’d expect from a top-notch stay. Even the bathroom stood out — we genuinely loved it. Everything matched the pictures and description perfectly, so you get exactly what’s promised. The caretaker and the owner were both incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home right away. They even allowed us a late checkout since our shuttle was leaving at 1 pm, which we really appreciated. On our last day, they treated us to a banana shake that was absolutely delicious — such a sweet gesture. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate — go for it! We’re already certain we’ll be staying here again.
