Everything! I am a fussy person and stay in the best places .. this is up there with them all.. I’ve never felt so special … the staff were fantastic! The food amazing and the views OMG .. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me as a solo traveller They even lent me a torch for climbing up Sri Pada at night and even prepared snacks for the journey. The whole family chipped on helping at different points, so friendly and respectful. The food was delicious and a swim in the cool pool after the overnight hike was simply delightful. Loved it!

The staff was so friendly and accomodating that it felt like staying at a friends place. We got a tour of all of their garden and got their help to visit 2 waterfalls! (The one right next to the lodge and the one 4 kilometers away). The food was also very tasty and served in large portions, so a big thank you to the kitchen staff aswel! Aside from the lodge we also took on the challenge of trying to reach Adams peak. We unfortunately didn't make it all the way (this side of the mountain has 11.000 steps), but we enjoyed the entire experience. Amazing views, some wild animals and we were completely alone the entire day due to it being off season. We would definitely recommend anyone to try to do Sri Pada off season.

location and views are amazing, hosts super lovely and caring, local breakfast one of the very best we had, nearest to the laxapana falls. super good value for money, i would recommend everyone to come here and discover a wonderful waterfall and sorroundings, of authentic and beautiful sri lanka!
