Accommodation Lotus villa - Kandy We are a family of 4 so they put us in adjoining rooms with our own bathroom which was perfect. The rooms were the perfect size - 1 double and twin room especially as we spent most of our time outside taking in the fantastic views. The pool was a great size and spotlessly clean. We ate quite a lot at the villa and Siran made excellent traditional food. Not only was it delicious but it also allowed us to try a variety of different local dishes. He also makes a great cup of tea 😊 Siran was an amazing host and could not do enough to help. One of the most helpful and attentive people we have met. He also organised trips for us at a really good price. We would 100% recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back one day. Thankyou for a wonderful time Siran, from The Smith family (including your Little angel, Amelie 😊)

Exceeded very expectation. A beautiful place to be, very clean and really central (without any street noise). The food was delicious, service extremely attentive and caring, even offered espresso coffee at breakfast without additional charge. Just all the little things that make the difference - these guys know what they are doing and it is really appreciated. Thanks!

Totally recommended! Two neat rooms on upper floor of the family house, private entry from the road, with spectacular view of the distant mountains. Both rooms have high ceiling, quiet aircon, en-suite bathrooms with hot water, good beds, clean linen. Confidently serving the best breakfast in Sri Lanka we ever had. Lady of the house cooks local food on demand. The hosts are simply amazing, helpful, always available, 5*service with genuine smile.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sanseya. The views from the room were breathtaking, and the host was incredibly friendly, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend Villa Sanseya to anyone looking for a peaceful and serene getaway. My two kids also adored the place. Big open area, nice room , very beautiful environment, Peradeniya flower garden balcony views, sport events locations , book reading place , music place Staff is very kindly and honest and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Great accommodation with a beautiful lake view! A big shout-out to the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and more than enough. We even had dinner at the on-site restaurant, and it was exceptional. The only minor thing is the traffic noise coming from the main street, but it’s ok if you’re not noise-sensitive.

The hotel is impressive as soon as you walk in. The staff were quick to greet you and help you check in. The room (family), was spacious, quiet, very clean with all modern fittings and amenities. The breakfast was excellent - catered for a range of cuisines. Again, the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. I wish I could have stayed longer!
