Very helpful and kind people. They will help you for anything. Speak very well English. Perfect to arrive late by the night bus which can drop you at the door being on the main road. The rooms apre perfectly clean and confortable. Food very good.

Our stay at Ceylon Resort Wilpattu was very pleasant ant enjoyable. Roshan, his wife and staff took care of us in a very personal and professional way. The safari was handled excellent. The food was incredible and the whole place felt like home to us.

Everything. Anta and his staff go out of their way to make the stay as nice as possible. Be sure to go on a full day safari with them, it really is a memorable experience. And the dinner they make is so delicious, highly recommended.

had a great time here. The hosts were kind and demonstrated true Sri Lankan hospitality. It’s peaceful and has lots of interesting things to see around it. loads of birds and some very loud croaking frogs. A very pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

The room was very clean, cozy and with AC. The workers are very warm and helpful. They prepare home-made food which is amazing. Also we arranged with them a safari which we had to cancel because of sickness and they helped us in everything without any charge.

Loved the delicious evening buffet. What a treat to try so many different dishes all prepared by the family. We were travelling with a disabled gentleman in a wheelchair the staff were wonderful accommodating all our needs.

This is an amazing stay. We were only there for one night, but we were very happy with everything. The resort is gorgeous. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh juice and a nice damp towel. The staff was incredibly friendly, they were willing to go above and beyond and answered all of our questions. It was also no problem to leave our bags while we were on a safari. In addition to that, we received a great take-away breakfast at 5.30am from the staff for our safari day trip. The pool is also great, just like the views. The location is also great, close to the park entrance and the bus stop. The room was super clean and the bathroom was a dream. I would highly recommend this place, for us it was 10/10 in all aspects.

I had an incredible stay at Tribe Wilpattu Eco Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wilpattu National Park! The lodge is in a perfect location, just a short drive from the park entrance, making it super convenient for early morning safaris. The rooms were cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The eco-friendly concept adds a unique charm to the experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. Every meal felt like a home-cooked delight! What truly stood out was the amazing hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness made the stay even more special. One of the highlights of our trip was the private guided safari arranged by the lodge. Having a knowledgeable ranger accompany us made all the difference—we saw incredible wildlife, including leopards, elephants, and an abundance of bird species. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-managed eco-lodge near Wilpattu National Park, Tribe Wilpattu Eco Lodge is the place to be! If you are looking for the best hotel to stay for your trip to Wilpattu National Park, this is the place!! We had an amazing 3 nights here. The rooms are clean and big. Property is beautifull, and even has a swimming pool. The food here is the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka, we ate the same curry three nights in a row because it was so good. But the best part is the family that runs the place. They have the kindest and sweetest souls and really made our stay the best. We would love to come back and would HIGHLY recommend!! And they also have the sweetest dogs.
