We arrived close to midnight after booking the room shortly before. Despite the late hour, the room was prepared within just 20 minutes. It was beautifully presented and spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was readily available. The staff and owner were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

The property was very good. The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. The people were very nice, there was every kind of arrangement. I am sorry that such a property is so close and they dropped us at the station. They were so nice and had a very good environment. The staff in the hotel were lovely and very accommodating and helpful towards us as we arrived during the night and also had a lot of luggage that they very kindly helped us with! The rooms were perfect and clean and had air conditioning! We would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks again to the staff😃 We really enjoyed our stay😊

We initially chose Ayana Beach Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and planned to explore Colombo city during our stay. However, from the moment we arrived, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere completely captured us, and we found ourselves happily spending most of our time at the hotel instead. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from Colombo’s busy streets, offering the perfect escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. A special thanks to Khalil, who was extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking, meeting him was truly a pleasure. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The food was absolutely delicious; we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. All in all, Ayana Beach Hotel is the perfect choice for a peaceful and memorable stay near Colombo!

    Cosy charming place close to the airport, perfect to settle down after arrival or before departure. Hosts are lovely people who take care of everything and cook nice dinners. The pool is set in a lovely green garden, next to the river. It's quiet and comfy! You can easily visit Colombo from here. We would stay here again anytime!
