We had a wonderful experience here. This place is calm and relaxing, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and beautifully kept surroundings. The prices were very reasonable. The hotel is in a stunning location and the staff were very attentive. The food was delicious and everyday a different Sri Lanka meal. The hotel has still a lot of the original furniture and old colonial feeling.

Wow! The view from the lobby and the room was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to charge our phones while we waited to check in early due to a sick kid. They also arranged a car for us to the train station.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Pinnalanda, the staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming, always here to help if we need. The experience with the elephants was also great, it felt as if they were in their natural habitat. I definitely recommend going there if you want an authentic experience of Sri Lanka. 😁
