At Hotel Senleja I felt immediately at home and very welcome. The modern and comfortable hotel is perfectly located for trips through Gauja National Park, the room was sparkling clean and there was always something special for breakfast among with the regular breakfast ingredients. I'll gladly come again!

It's an amazing hidden gem close to and far away from civilization at the same time. It's a quiet place during off-(wedding)-season (as the whole place of recreation specializes in weddings). Thoughtfully and carefully decorated rooms. Delicious breakfast, and discreet, friendly, caring service. It's more than value for money.

Very nice and calm location, perfect for getaway from city. Everything surounded by forest and wild nature. The cabin it self has everything you might need. Clean and full of kitchen equipment, grilling facilities. Super friendly host, gave us fresh herbs and vegetables from their greenhouse.

The house has been renovated with great respect to its traditional character. There is an old wooden floor, beautiful windows and a lot of natural wood inside. Reader’s corner with armchairs and standard lamp is absolutely extraordinary. Kitchen equipment is perfect with a lot of nice cups and different sorts of glasses. Spring matress on the bed, which is always better than a foam one.

Everything was perfect. We arrived and everything was ready - air conditioner was on, water in the tub was already warm and ready for us to enjoy. The house had everything you need. The host even gave us welcoming sparkling wine. Also the host recommended the best chichen shashlyk we ever ate. All in all, it is the perfect place to relax. We will definetely came back in the future.
