Our experience at Dar El Mandar was fantastic. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for disconnecting. Everything was clean, well cared for, and decorated with great taste. We loved our visit to Bhalil and stay with Kamal and Jalila. They are such lovely, genuine people. We took the village tour with Kamal, he is so passionate about Bhalil and it's culture and traditions, and brings a great energy, which makes it much more meaningful than a usual sightseeing tour. We were also very thankful to the people who allowed us to visit their homes, who were very friendly and welcoming. If we had had more time, we would have loved to have spent more time there and done other tours too. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, as well as breakfast on the roof terrace, with a great view over Bhalil.

Everything was very nice, the views were stunning, the shinning reflections of the sun rays on the swimming pool.. the dogs 💗💗 extremely friendly and very cute playing around... the food (dinner) was tasty and each meal had enough food (NOT the expensive + not enough kind of situation), the workers were very friendly too... very calm and peaceful... it's perfect for a small retreat away from the hectic cities... The breakfast is also tasty, and the fact that there are only 4 rooms or so available makes it perfect for people who don't like having to deal with a horde of people around.... private, nice and clean.. the furniture and the coziness of the place were a plus...

Very welcoming and helpful staff that even came to pick us up when our vehicle broke down. The room was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed having hot chocolate near the fireplace at the restaurant. The hotel is close to the market and looks very nice, both inside and outside. The parking was also good.

Everything was perfect from start to finish the owner couldn’t have been anymore helpful we needed some things at the shop which is about a. 20 mins drive away have her a message for a taxi number and she had a private driver at the villa door within 10 mins very clearly property that is family friendly villa has everything you need and we will definitely be back

The hosts are very welcoming, upon my arrival I was met with the owner who showed us around and answered any questions. This is a family apartment in a calm, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything is provided, such as towels, extra bedding, washing machine, kitchen utensils and so much more. My stay was very comfortable and will definitely rebook when returning!
