Highly courteous staff especially Sheema, Bilal, Mohammed. The way they treat guests is highly appreciable. Cleanliness is above anyone's expectations. Breakfast very good and Mohammed took very good personal care. It was real good value for money I paid.

The location of the hotel is superior, and you can see the beautiful beach. The staff at the front desk of the hotel upgraded the room for us for free. The hotel room is large in size and very clean. The shower room is very good and the price is very high. It is worth recommending.

This was probably our best hotel room ever! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way - food, location, staff attitude, cleanliness and newness of the room, amenities, spa - everything was top notch and we really enjoyed staying at this hotel - I highly recommend it! The waiter at breakfast in the morning was an incredibly nice and kind person. We were greeted at the reception by 2 nice employees, as well as another person who offered us tea and sweets. Everyone was very kind, the breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. We will be happy to visit again!

Facilities are modern. Bed is comfortable and place is generally new and well maintained. It is next to the train station and is about 15 min by taxi to the Medina. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed four nights here and no regrets about the choice. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 1 night, everything was great! Very convenient location, in the city center, all the attractions can be reached on foot. The room was clean and cozy. View from terrace is on the ocean is unforgettable. Abdul was very friendly, attentive and hospitable, a wonderful welcome. We definitely recommend this place!
