perfect hideaway in Timhae(just outside Nkob). we were in the advantage of having this place privately for ourselves. We were welcomed and pampered during our whole stay. Refreshing pool. Cosy rooms with airco.

Just a few minutes away from Nkob, Auberge Bassou is like a peaceful oasis. Simple but tastefully decorated rooms around a lovely, green courtyard with lots of birds. Ibrahim and his sister running the place understand exactly their guests’ needs. There is great care in everything they do, from meals (excellent dinner, or a quick-fix meal in the afternoon) to an amazing tour in the Jebel Saghro. When we mentioned, that the next day while crossing the mountain towards Todra gorge, we were planning to do a few hours hike (by the way, the road to the north from Nkob towards Boumalna and Tinghir hardly shows up on Google maps but is in excellent condition), Ibrahim assured us that it was a great idea, told us about the tour he does for groups, usually 3 to 5 people, but not pushing us, nor trying to sell us anything. Still, we took up his offer and changed our schedule, and it became the absolute highlight of our ten days in Morocco. The central section of the Jebel Saghro is an amazing area, and having Ibrahim as our guide all day made it even more memorable (not to mention making it accessible without doing a 4-5 day hike which wasn’t an option for us). Spending an hour and a half with an Amazigh family, getting at least a hint of how they live out and beyond, without getting a ‘show’ for the tourists, was truly beyond our expectations (it took just 20 mins for my daughter and the three young girls of the family to become best friends even if without a common language). If you make it as far as Nkob, don’t miss this place.

We recently stayed at Kasbah Ennakb as a family with young children, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place is cozy and beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food deserves a special mention—it was simply amazing! From the flavorful Moroccan tagines to the perfectly grilled meats, every meal was a delight. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into preparing the dishes, and we looked forward to each meal. We highly recommend Kasbah Ennakb to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Nkob. It’s a perfect choice for families, couples, or anyone wanting to experience the charm of this beautiful area. We can’t wait to come back!

Kasbah ideally located, very warm welcome, excellent meal and breakfast. (delicious chicken tagine) Parking in front, the manager even offered us to put the car in a garage. Welcome tea of course! Young Mohamed accompanied us the next morning for the visit to the palm grove n'kob, it was great, without him we would never have found the way! We regret not having stayed one more night so much there is to see in the valley. Thank you very much to all the teams of this kasbah. I highly recommend this place

A peaceful and charming place in the heart of Nkob, a traditional Berber Town. The hotel has a unique local feel and is very relaxing. As a couple, we were warmly welcomed by our host Mimoun with true Berber hospitality. He kindly took us on a walk to the palm grove, a lovely personal touch that made our stay even more special. We had a quiet night and enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast. A wonderful stay we’d gladly come back again.

Buildings are only 3 years old and very charming with modern facilities. Run by family members, where I was in very good hands of Khalid, who did all to make it a pleasent stay.

Owner was attentive yet allowed space to do as I pleased. He also invited me into his home to meet his family and see the view. The fittings are all good quality and comfortable bed and duvet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This house increased our standard of living. It has lovely gardens, beautifully decorated rooms, and plenty of space to feel at peace. The main Kasbah is beautiful and cozy, you can go up to the rooftop and enjoy the valley views, or to the swimming pool for a relaxing sunset. The rooms we got were in the adjacent building, which had a central fireplace and a staircase to access a little rooftop. Breakfast was very good. I'll go back as soon as I can!

I was travelling with 2 other people. We run pretty late because we took the wrong road. When I was contacting the guest house they immediately answered and waited for us. The guest house is super clean and the interior design is very appealing. Rooms are comfy and bath was clean as well. BIGGEST + was the extensive breakfast. Price performance ratio is unbeatable and you should definitely stay here when you are in N’kob.
