The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful specially manager Sofia and Kaoutar at reception throughout my stay. I would say they really care about person staying in that hotel. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to stations and major attractions.

An excellent stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Ibtissam, whose kindness and professionalism made my visit truly enjoyable.     The owner of the apartment is lying, and we did not leave the apartment dirty.. Rather, the kitchen is dirty with cockroaches, and we cannot use anything.. As for sending someone to clean, thank you for that, but nothing helped because the root of the problem exists.
