The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even if there's no restaurant area, the hotel offers you a free hot drinks machine to have your breakfast which is located in the Hall. Just in front of the hotel there's a supermarket where you can buy your cookies to enjoy with the free hot drinks. The room was simply amazing, huge and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom sanitized. There's a free WiFi which actually is a good plus for those who don't have a local SIM, so you can easily call someone by WhatsApp.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional - wonderful staff that were so welcoming and helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had - they made us feel so welcome and we really appreciated it. I don't usually leave reviews, however the staff and hotel were so outstanding that I feel I wanted to this time! The breakfast was amazing and plenty of everything. I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. I really loved the cozy and charming interior of the space, which is located very close to Jemaa el-Fna. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. Breakfast was lovely, served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the entire medina - the perfect way to start the day. It truly felt like a peaceful escape in the heart of the city
