Everything! We loved everything about it! The staff were so friendly, helpful and entertaining always smiling at us as if knew each other well , environment and the rooms clean and was clean every single day without being reminded, food was great and we had more than enough food and drinks, so many options to choose from, receptionist amazing, we got value for our money ! We have just returned from a wonderful 2-day stay at Berghali Maison d'Hôte and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. Our room was spotless, and the swimming pool area was exceptional. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. Mohamed, Ali, and Fatima Ezzahra were the heart and soul of the place. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. Thank you for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We will definitely be returning.

The apartment is new, all the fit in was excellent Air conditioning is perfect, the TV and kitchen is outstanding I would like to mention that Mr Mustafa the house manager and his cleaning team were very quick to respond to any help. Thanks to Mr. Fabrice who allowed me to discover a new zone in Marrakech.

If we want to tell the truth about this hotel, we must say that it is a lost and quiet paradise managed by a genius Italian hotel owner. This villa completely competes with European standards...cleanliness, service and respect were beyond my imagination. If you have a family or are looking for a place where you can really feel the peace clearly, just try staying here once or at least visit to believe my words...
