Friendly, helpful staff (excellent English as well), lovely breakfast buffet (ours was included), clean and nice building. The only negative we can even come up with was the elevator was sometimes slow - but we were on the 10th floor. Would absolutely stay here again and readily recommend to others. All the stuff was great - Mohammed was our favorite.

We liked the hotel the moment we entered. Reception staff and cleaning staff, everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially, I want to emphasize the attitude of people when they knew our passports were stolen on the street. The attention and help we got, I will probably never forget it! Thank you so much, everyone! Rooms are spacious and clean, big TV, very close to the main station CV, easy to get to the airport and nearby cities.
