A truly magical experience. First — exceptional food! Saida is a remarkable cook — breakfast breads were sensational (fennel brioche and stuffed flatbread were particularly good) as was dinner tagine with quince; and date and lime lemonade. Then, there is the whole adventure of staying at the ksar: from arriving in the dark to the tour the next morning, which took us around the ksar and the palmeria. Saida and her husband and incredibly attentive. It was a privilege to stay with them.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very sweet, on three stories, with a roof top and furnished with care. Our host was very helpful and kind and cooked delicious food. We really felt at home.

Our staying at Kasbah Itrane was great! The staff was very caring, they gave us a rich lunch, dinner and breakfast, and they cared about everything we might have needed. The place is just amazing and in a strategic location on our way back from Merzouga. We had the possibility to relax and chill in the swimming pool while drinking a wonderful orange juice.
