The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful everyone literally from the housekeeper, the waiter, the drivers etc every single person. The breakfast was great The hotel was very well decorated and beautiful: traditional with a little twist of modernity so it is very authentic (compared to the other Tikida that is purely modern and lacks authenticity) Room is great Complimentary water everyday (very appreciated given the super hot weather)

The pristine condition of the rooms and common areas reflected a commitment to maintaining high standards. Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply exceptional. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the selection of dishes throughout the day was impressive. Kudos to the entire kitchen staff for their culinary prowess and dedication to excellence. Moreover, the modern design and full-equipped amenities of the hotel made it a delightful place to stay. It's evident that every detail has been carefully curated to enhance the guest experience. I must give a special shoutout to Hind and Hicham for their exceptional service. A great place to stay in Agadir. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to make our stay special. Both the receptionists were brilliant at their jobs, especially Mohammed, who went over and above to arrange our trips. Thank you Mohammed.

Everything was superb !! I will recommed 10000% because is top. Everyday other type of food and ahhh is soo tasty , fresh and you literally have everything there. The drinks are nice too. Is super close to the city centre and is on the beach the hotel. Have a 7 km long promenada where you can have a walk along the beach…. it is very safe many police around. The pool are very clean. In January you need a jumper in the morning and evening because is chilly outside. in the afternoon is quite worm @ 19-20 C. The pool is cold and the see the same so if you come you can’t enjoy the pool or sea ( is very rough with big waves). Anyway is a good time to relax for 4-5 days in the sun without being burn by the sun :) The hotel have nice big rooms. Very clean. I just love it so much and o would like to come back sometime. Is super nice to book a safari trip with the buggy or quad bike and the city tour is nice to.

We had our booking 4 days after the grand opening and everything was brand new. Right at the beachfront with plenty of swimming pools as well as the lovely soft sandy beach. Kids had a blast! Definitely a holiday break to remember. Food was fresh and delicious. Ample choices between Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisines. Impossible to try all the offerings in one sitting. The entertainment staff were brilliant looking after the children giving adults a much deserved break. Murad the manager was very professional and attended to requests immediately. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Well done to all the staff and I hope the place maintains the services offered.
