We accidentally booked for 3 days and told that to the manager when we arrived. She said not to be worried and she will cancel the last night .when we wanted to leave she said we need to pay for 3 nights and said she "doesn't speak English". Her brother called and threatened to call the tourist inspector if we won't pay immediately . That was very rude and disappointing.Guest review byNaomiBulgaria
