Our daughters are picky eaters, and satisfying their tastes can be challenging, even at home. Choosing something from a menu often ends up being a fiasco. At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board.

Everything. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was beautiful and very tasty. Everything was hand made from Yuksel. I can't understand bad comments from local people, maybe they have problems with staff because they are black? I by last minute room and for 27€ this is lotary what I have for that value of money 💰.
