The beds were great. Staff very friendly . We ate at the restaurant for the 2 nights we were here and it was delicious. Clean and large room. Able to walk to museum and Erdene Zuu monastery.

The hostel was very good we stayed in a ger, the matresses and blankets were good. Gaya gave me really good contact for travel in the Khustai National Park. All the staff was very.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the throat singing, Mongolian dancing, and horse head fiddle concert after dinner.

Good breakfast and also evening meals. Short walk to bus station. Museum and monastery about 10 minute walk. The lady at reception was extra helpful by booking a bus ticket for me as I was unable to do so on my device. She also arranged a morning tour of the surrounding countryside with museum visit. All in all was extremely helpful.

    For a bike packer, Kharkhorin is a nice place to stop and rest. There are plenty of places to be done as a day trip by bicycle. It is the entry point to Orkhon valley, to Tovkhon monastery, and beyond.
