    Although there were a lot of restaurants nearby, because it was the Thursday after carnival, there was not much available. The central location of the hotel made it easy to go around. The residents were friendly and helped in translating and pointing the way to the places we wanted to go to. I would recommend that hotel to anyone wishing to visit Martinique. We watched the carnival from the window and enjoyed it as it was a bit different from our carnival. Nice clean fun.

    Fort de France is a great place to just walk and walk and walk to see everything. The Fort, the library, the museum, the beach, the bars and nightlife etc etc etc I loved it there 🥰 If you do want to explore more, car rentals are as low 20USD per day 😊

    I was in the city during the Easter holidays and I loved the pageantry on Holy Thursday. It was a wonderful and unexpected experience. I appreciated the helpful nature of the general population and the depth of information and ease of manner of delivery of info.on the walking tour to the fort.

    The city is easy to get around on foot and there are many places to eat and a few attractions right in the city all within walking distance no more that 10 minutes. The market, beach and port is all within walking distance.

    Fort de France was a very nice place to visit in Martinique.

    Fort de France was a very nice place to visit in Martinique. We stayed at a nice hotel the first 2 days we were there. Unfortunately, I reserved a hotel room at Maison Clementine where the owner overcharged me by 100 euros!!! Keep away from that place.

    We went to St. Anne and to St.

    We went to St. Anne and to St. Pierre on tours and enjoyed both. The fish market was small, and the other markets were very much like other tourist markets. We walked during the day and it was easy to get around.

    It is the perfect place to start your trip on Martinique. The house is really beautiful und well equiped. You forget about the traffic in Fort-de-France in this beautiful little garden. The hosts are so lovely and even provided us some Acres after our arrival & some selfmade jam for breakfast. They even drove us to the pick up of our rental car. This was literally one of the best accomodations we ever had :) thank you so much!!

    The hotel is an example of modernist architecture of the 50s and that's really nice. You can feel the history of the building and the position of the hotel is super: really close to the city center, to Le François beach and to the port.

    Perfect little gem! Phenomenal location in Fort-de-France! Excellent service and communication from the owner. We walked in exhausted from a long flight and were blown away by this place. We will recommend and stay again!

    Great stay at the Simon hotel from check in the guest service agent was warm and friendly. Had a small issue Deborah helped me out right away. Great breakfast options. The staff were always very helpful.

    Due the accommodation is okay, very clean but I'm not happy. I paid for 5 nights but i only stay there 4 nights and i left the accommodation to other hotel. Reason because I'm not comfortable there.
