Room was spacious and always clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was excellent walking distance to shops and buses. Breakfast buffet was delicious lots of different options.

Good position, easy check in and check out, very beautiful room. The shower is large and the air conditioner is powerful. It is in the center, near the bus stop. Every day the cleaner cames. Sabana is very kindly and friendly.

Exceptional service, incredible stay and treatment. The hotel is well located, has amazing food, great facilities (pool and indoor dining area + balconies). I highly recommend this place and we were especially very impressed by Ricardo and another woman (we didn't catch her name) customer service, very professional and helpful with local tips and things to do around the area. If we are ever back in Qala, we will definitely stay again.
