From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like old friends or even family. They were incredibly kind, always attentive, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, who were not only welcoming but also an absolute pleasure to interact with. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, offering breathtaking ocean views. The hotel is perfectly located. It’s an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. Getting there by car is easy, and everything you might need is conveniently close by. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.

This hotel has many good things, but the best thing is their staff. Really kind and helpful people, always willing to help and make your stay wonderful. Room was spacious and clean, same as the bathroom. The bed really comfortable. The balcony was really nice and we used it a lot. The beach is right in front of the hotel and it is beautiful and calm, perfect spot to relax. The food is amazing, really good restaurant, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner and was always great... and we loved the tea team with crepes! All in all it was an excellent place to stay at.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is green, has a lovely garden and direct entrance to the beach. There is free coffee available. pool looked nice and clean, however we never used it. staff made sure we feel great, they even had our room ready way before check-in time.

Excellent hotel, everything is clean, everything is beautiful, the food is just super. Chief Cook Brandon is very talented. He can cook any dish you wish! Everything is very professional, everything is at the highest level, just a super holiday! The managers are very good, all the workers are super, both at the bar and at the kitchen and the waiters are all simply top notch, well done! We didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Brandon! Thanks to the hotel as they upgraded to the next premium room which had a great view and espresso machine. The hotel was in a prime location accessible to most attractions of St. Louis by walk. The buffet breakfast had a huge spread and all were delicious. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was huge with nice tub with separate sections for loo and showers.

I travelled with a friend for her birthday treat. We realised we are in for a great time from the moment we arrived and we were met by a charming valet who welcomed us graciously like we were some "queens". We had a grand welcome at the reception and the wow moment was when we entered our room only to be welcomed by a complimentary champaigne bottle and two maritim branded sunhats in a magnificent and spacious room. The services at the bar, restaurant, the SPA, the horse stable...all exceeded my expectations. Did i even mention that the DJ was so accommodating as to play a happy birthday song for my friend Joan, played for her a Kenyan song and played for me a Malawian song of my liking? And did i mention how the restaurant went the extra mile to bring for Joan a cake, sung a birthday song for her at breakfast? A rating of 10 cannot even begin to explain the experience at this hotel!!!
