The best thing of this hotel is the staff! Seeing in our travel period the occupancy was under 20% we stayed a week and a big thanks to all the staff.Without them no hotel no hotel is anything! We were greater daily by the breakfast team with a wonderful breakfast buffet! Many thanks to Julie,Yasmin,Jessica,Bandana and our Chef Moonsamy who probably makes the best omelette we have tasted! The evening restaurant team and bar always made sure everything was fine with a 5 star rotation buffet menu! Special thanks to the Chef Sanguy who always had a smile for us and a small story! The whole kitchen team was fabulous! The hotel has many features and we enjoyed the beaches there and the pool! The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping crew with the floor butler looked after everything perfectly! Front office staff were very professional with concierge and the gardeners look after the property so it was a pleasure to enjoy the nature! I can recommend this hotel to travelers who want to relax and enjoy sophisticated food and service! My wife and son will be back and thanks to all involved to make our week stay memorable!

Everything about our experience was perfect from the very beginning. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our vacation, and the entire staff did a fantastic job in making our stay truly unforgettable. Our time at the restaurants was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for. Their thoughtful service truly elevated our entire stay. And the food, every single meal, was absolutely delicious from start to finish! A special mention goes to Ram, whose outstanding hospitality in the restaurants turned our dinners into something far beyond a 4-star experience. He made each evening feel extra special, and we’re incredibly grateful for his dedication and charm. I also have to mention the stunning beach right in front of the hotel. It’s by far the most beautiful stretch of coastline in the entire area. Crystal clear water, soft sand, and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Mauritius is truly something special, a perfect blend of natural beauty, warm hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. We would absolutely return to this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at C Mauritius. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our stay feel special. The all-inclusive offering was great, with delicious food and drinks. The service stood out — especially from the restaurant team and bar staff who went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. I have had the good fortune to visit Mauritius on 3 prior occasions. For my recent family vacation, and 4th trip to the island, we chose Lux Belle Mare, a fabulous resort located on the east coast. We stayed in the Pool Suite for 3 nights and the Prestigious Villa for the next 3 nights. My family and I had a delightful and memorable week at Lux and were really impressed with so many great aspects of this wonderful resort. We enjoyed the warm and welcoming hospitality, the assistance and dedication of all the staff, and the facilities and restaurants. I personally enjoyed the wide buffet selection as well as the dessert counter. The desserts were truly unique and delightful. We were wowed every night with the special desserts available, especially on Easter Sunday! One would have to try really hard to find anything to fault at Lux Belle Mare, especially at the villa. It was large and luxurious in detail, and well maintained. All needs were carefully and promptly taken care. There is no doubt in my mind that when I visit the island again, Lux will be my destination. If you are thinking of Lux as one of your options, I would recommend that you don't think twice - you won't be disappointed! Special acknowledgement to the resort managers Umesh, Suren and Leelesh, as well wonderful assistance received from Jennifer for my wife's birthday celebrations, Gopi for travel logistics and assistance from Rao during our stay at the villa. Thank you all at Lux Belle Mare!

Absolutely loved my stay at Mau Lakaz. The place was very neat and clean. We were offered complimentary tea bags which was great given that I am a tea lover. The view from the swimming pool was cherry on the cake. The host was very responsive. No noisy neighbours, which is a plus. Loved the master bedroom's bathroom and walking closet. Very well equipped - Iron, Hair dryer, utensils, steamer, vertical steamer iron, lots of towels (even pool towels), hangers, dish washer, hair and body shower gel (2 in 1), bbq, oven and big fridge. Kudos to that! There was also many safety signs. Thank you for hosting us Mau Lakaz.

    Horrible experience trying to book the complimentary boat for snorkelling. Your guest relations team says to check in the morning since the boat club has closed. They should be able to access & make reservations 24 * 7 - Simply unacceptable answer. If the boat is full, get another boat to make the guests happy: it costs very little. We ended up renting a boat for 5,000 MUR & had a great time. The resort is too large for personalized service.

    A very nice place to stay right on the beach. Had half board the food was good. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Tours were reasonable priced. Hotel was a very affordable and good value for money.

    Belle Mare is a quieter resort as most of the coastline are...

    Belle Mare is a quieter resort as most of the coastline are hotels and a golf course without much else. So if you are looking for a resort with facilities ie shops / bars & restaurants outside of your hotel there isn't much within walking distance there is hardly anything. If you have a car Flacq is a 15 min drive away with the Market and Supermarket. The beach is quiet and beautiful.

    Staff is wonderful, helpful and well informed.

    Staff is wonderful, helpful and well informed. They go out of their way to assist. Ravin is an amazing person. We had only breakfast included. Food and drinks are generally quite expensive. Similar to what you will pay in a 5 star hotel in London. Gardens and facilities are excellent. Will definitely visit again. A small complaint about housekeeping was immediately attended to and a bottle of champagne was offered as a gift.

    Tree Lodge provides a special experience - it is located in a very nice garden with a lot of flowers next to a swimming pool. Owners have been very kind and immediately responded to every wish we had. Breakfast was really delicious - fresh fruit, fruit juice, eggs or omelets, toast with butter and jam, etc. Really high quality. Lodge is located close to Belle mare, one of the nicest beaches in Mauritius. Ben (owner) is also an instructor in a Dive center (Dive passion) on Belle mare and it was a great experience to go with him for diving.

    we had the best holiday ever! Hotel is beautiful, picture perfect location, beach, pool area. stuff is extraordinary, always smiling and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, minibar filled daily, including fresh water. Our cleaning lady Nirmala left always flowers on the bed, we found a nice touch. Restaurants are great, amazing quality and variety of foods and drinks. Especially 5* dessert varieties every dinner time in the Indigo! Definitely will go back on day!
