We stayed for 9 nights in a stunning water bungalow facing the sunset. The room was spacious and comfortable and we were truly amazed by all the underwater life just below our feet. Our room was cleaned by the very friendly Hussain two times per day, and he was always making sure we had all we needed and desired. All the staff was nothing but exceptional. Our waiter Fulu served us not only all the drinks we desired, but also the biggest smile and best service. The hotel was close to fully booked our entire stay, even so we still felt like we had the island almost to ourselves. The hotel facilities like the bar and restaurant were never crowded, and we were almost alone on the beach several days. Tips to future travellers: It is not possible to withdraw cash on the island, so bring cash so you are able to tips the staff what they truly deserve. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely like to come back.

    Only the staff, except for reception, and the sports guys were amazing, the pictures of facilities must be from 15 years ago, the entire resort is run down, smells like sewage, and garbage on the beaches in the ocean and my toilet drained into the ocean, which I have videos of. I complained to resort, and never even got to meet the management which I asked for immediately upon arrival. They serve the same food for most meals, the waffles were good, fruit was fresh, but dressing seemed rotten when u taste, and the drinks seemed watered down.

    Although Muli surfcamp is a FRAUD ; Muli island people are kind and their hospitality is generous. The alternative local accommodation we reached lacked equivalent conditions and unfortunately lacked hot shower water (Muli water system also suffer from infrastructure problems and the water smell is awful (sewer like). However the owner was kind and his hospitality (including inviting us to lunch in his private house) was very nice and welcoming.
