The property is very secure and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Theresa did an AMAZING job cleaning the rooms and was always very happy and friendly. The gentlemen downstairs were quick to offer assistance with baggage and were always so welcoming. The staff here are incredible!

Casa Vieja is a beautifully restored property in a fabulous location to explore the historic downtown centre of Morelia. The inner courtyard with water fountain is a beautiful spot for breakfasts and the guest rooms are immaculate. Not only is it a beautiful structure, what really stands out is the friendliness of the staff. Each one of them will go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Thank you, we had a fabulous time.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and the staff was absolutely lovely. It is a bit pricey when it comes to having breakfast there but it’s worth it! Just be prepared. Gorgeous view of Morelia from the balcony.

The new renovated room and bathroom were great and the location was fabulous. Very nice and helpful staff. The coffee and bread rolls in the morning was a nice bonus.

The location was exceptional, courtyard and patios were beautiful and Raul went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is older and doesn't have the modern amenities but the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Raul and his wife whipped up some great breakfasts and when we left really early on our check out day, Raul was waiting for us with a taxi and steaming hot coffee cups to go!
