This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Esther warmly welcomed us, provided all the information we needed, and proactively took care of everything. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms, warm shower water, a pool, hammocks, bean bags, and more. The breakfast was delicious and always more than enough. We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. We’d love to come back ourselves! It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Tulum and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation.

This place is exceptional! If you are in for staying in the jungle, out of the main tourist routes, it's perfect. Surrounded by nature, with great facilities and plenty of space, and only a short walk from the nearby town where you'll find authentic restaurants. I would certainly come back, even with kids.

It was so lovely to arrive at VerdeAmar, a little oasis in the jungle. The property is very special and the pool lovely. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed the most comfortable of all our travels in Mexico. We loved sleeping with the feeling of being up in the trees. We were sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a jungle paradise retreat. Surrounded by lush trees and the sounds of wild animals, the tranquility and serenity of this place were unparalleled. There’s quiet luxury in every detail: the natural materials of the houses, the design, the small self-service wine cellar, the natural pool, and the fact that the whole place is self-sufficient. It truly felt like being a part of nature; the place is built to make you follow its’ rythm. We were so stunned by its’ beauty we ended up extending our stay! During our visit, the lovely caretaker Arturo greeted us on his moped and warmly guided us to the property late at night, instantly making us feel at home. He was truly attentive and friendly during our stay - even making us breakfast because we hadn’t noticed this is a self-service accommodation. If you’re seeking a secluded but comfortable place to escape and recharge, this is for you! Strongly recommend. Just flawless.

I loved absolutely everything, every single detail in the property. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. This place is so personal, so unique and you just feel love overthere. All the people who work there are amazing, with great heart and I felt like at home overthere with my family. The food was so delicious, they were able to meet all my dietary requirements. The very warm welcome with all the kind persons running the place and everything looks even better than on the pictures. Never had such a clean accommodation with an intact and efficient mosquito net in the middle of the jungle. Wonderful garden, nice colourful details everywhere, the pool is amazing with so many options to sit and explore, the organic soap smells incredibly good, we ate every day there for dinner as the menu and the cocktails were so diverse and just excellent! Best breakfast as well with yoghurt, fresh fruit, you can choose either eggs or avocado toas with tomato....My favorite place was the hammock where I could watch the birds, dogs and cats. Thank you for caring so much and answering all our questions and for making our stay so special. There is nothing they could do any better. Yes, you need a car, but from this remote, quiet place you have all options to visit cenotes, Akumal playa, Coba, Tulum or even Cozumel for a day trip.

    Small typical town for the area without many tourists. A couple of good local options for simple restaurants (we ate at Los Primos) which offered good food at reasonable prices. Felt perfectly safe to walk/drive around after dark here as well.

    The apartment was tranquil and quiet!

    The apartment was tranquil and quiet! A perfect place to rest! The host (management company) was very proactive, responsive and efficient! Great AC and a lovely pool! The king size bed was so comfortable! Definitely stay here! And definitely book a meal at Probadita (you can walk there from the apartment)! There are quiet roads to run on if you enjoy jogging like I do! We were unable to cook because there was an induction burner without induction cookware. However, the host said they will look into this with immediacy! There was no closet or drawers to place our clothing and the electrical outlets were in strange locations (a bit difficult to access).

    Lovely town away from the tourist trap.

    Lovely town away from the tourist trap. It felt safer than Tulum town. The locals are very friendly. One grocery shop and 3 restaurants. We recommend Los Primos. Great service, prices and the best food we had.
