He is completely dedicated to make you feel the best during your entire stay. Actually he makes the hotel 10/10 - Hotel terrace has a perfect view for your breakfast - Room layout is amazing, so big space ad extremely large bathroom with unique shower design. Breakfast was amazing, the setting is gorgeous and all of the various artwork was just beautiful (and we aren't an arty family) but all the little touches made this a really great place to stay.

This hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in Tulum, Mexico. The hotel offers a secluded location, guest rooms with free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and the Ziggy's Beach Club.

Everything was perfect!!! -welcoming and check in was perfect they were very kind and also we had our welcome drink. İt was very nice. -The room was the best room i have ever been. When you open the balcony door its just ocean and palms!! Marvelous.. - Breakfast: we tried Fresco's and they had a really nice atmosphere and perfect menu. Please try Fresco's bowl.. - Everything and everywhere was super clean. - They have a private parking area which is very important at tulum - You can walk through all popular restaurants. And also there is pharmacy, markets around.. - The pool was very nice and cool. İf you wanna stay in Tulum you should stay in the cabanas Thanks for eveything and special thanks for Ken. She was very kind and helpful..

Everything! The best stay we had during our honeymoon - from the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed and aesthetics of the hotel were absolutely stunning. To our surprise, they upgraded us to a suite, which made our stay feel extra special. It truly felt like our own little oasis, as we were almost completely alone. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We are so glad we chose Naboa!
