Absolutely amazing, one of the best stays. Extremely clean, with daily cleaning. Quiet. Very good breakfast, a la carte, prepared fresh on the spot. Very friendly staff. We were super happy to have met Carmen during our last day. Cannot wait to be back.

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

This hotel is hands down the best value for money I’ve ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were incredibly kind, helpful with everything we needed, and made us feel so welcome. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
