The hotel's sound insulation is excellent. The room is quiet, although near the airport and takeoff route. The hotel has good access to the metro, and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the Mixiuhca station. A free shuttle bus from the airport is also lovely. Recommended!

The neighbourhood is beautiful, you find nice shops, restaurants and street food in walking distance. The staff at the hotel was helpful and took good and quick care of our requests. The breakfast was amazing and it slightly changed every morning.

Hotel was very nice! We ended to extend our stay. All the facilities were good. Breakfast was great. Wifi worked well. There is about 10-11m long swimming pool with warm (around +31c) water. Kitchen was good. Shuttle bus goes once per hour but for us it was a bit unclear how long it takes and if it combined with other hotels so we took taxi instead.

Breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel theme is interesting and honors its Mexican heritage. The manager, Gustavo, and staff were very friendly and kind. Definitely, we will recommend this boutique hotel to our friends.

Great little new boutique hotel with huge bathroom and bath as well as extra large comfortable bed with best linen. The breakfast, prepared by Carmen or Elizabeth, was excellent with fruit,juice , yoghurt and omelette or pancakes etc. was served in the covered patio on the street or inside. A unique and charming hotel located at the heart of Mexico City’s vibrant neighbourhood of Roma Norte. Guy and his staff offered an unparalleled service, going out of their way to offer fantastic local recommendations and help avoid the tourist traps, while offering round the clock assistance. The hotel itself was very clean and well designed, and you feel at home right away. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning next time I’m in CDMX!

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.
