Not only did I stay at the house of Alberto Sedas, a famous Mexican watercolor artist whose house is now a cozy little boutique hotel, but I walked with ease to several really interesting places: the church of San Antonio de Padua, designed by Villagrán García, a great Mexican architect; the house of Ernesto García Cabral, a great Mexican painter and illustrator; el Cerro de Guadalupe which was good exercise and has a big bird population; and the bamboo plantation of BambuVer. Plus, there's great coffee to be had all over the place. And you have to try the tlatonile sauce with chicken. Super delicious!
